April 22nd Reheating Instructions
ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid and the container of pea-arugula pesto. Place container in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Pour the pesto over the pork and rice, and enjoy.

PISTACHIO CRUSTED CHICKEN & HERB SALAD
Remove lid and dress the salad with the pistachio vinaigrette. Toss to combine and enjoy.

OLIVE OIL POACHED WILD CAUGHT TUNA
This can be enjoyed cold or hot.
To enjoy hot, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and place in oven for 10-13 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy!

BLACK BEAN DIP
Keep refrigerated. Enjoy as a snack.
The beet chips may rehydrate in the refrigerator. If so, you can crisp them back up in the oven at 325 for 4-6 minutes, or until crisp.
