April 29th Reheating Instructions

LEMON POACHED CHICKEN in PARMESAN BROTH

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and the both the container of parmesan broth and asil. Place container in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot. 

Meanwhile, heat the parmesan broth in a small saucepan over medium-low until it reaches simmer.

Pour the broth over the chicken along with the chopped basil and enjoy.

SLOW ROASTED SALMON

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove the lid and the lemon slice, and container of lemon chive vinaigrette. Use a fork to place the frisee on a plate while the salmon reheats. Place in oven for 8-12 minutes, until steaming hot. Return the frisee to the plated meal. Squeeze the lemon over the salmon and dress with the frisee with the vinaigrette. Enjoy!

FIVE SPICE BRAISED BEEF

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and place in oven for 10-13 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Keep refrigerated.

Serve by scooping half of a container of whipped cream (about 1 heaping tablespoon) on top of the shortcake biscuit. Add half of the mascerated strawberries (about 2 oz) on top of the cream and enjoy.
