THAI GRILLED CHICKEN THIGHS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid. Lift the chicken out to expose the slaw. Scoop the slaw onto a plate so it remains uncooked. Return the chicken to the container to reheat the chicken and rice. Place in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Serve the chicken and rice alongside the slaw and enjoy.

BAKED FALAFEL BOWL

This can be enjoyed cold, as a salad, or hot.

To enjoy hot, place the falafel, roasted vegetables and some quinoa in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until steaming hot. Serve over the greens and top with yogurt dressing and tahini sauce. Enjoy!

BRAISED LAMB

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

You received two containers for this one composed dish. In one box you’ll find the lamb and potatoes. Remove lid of this container and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes until steaming hot.

In the second container you’ll find the arugula salad with kohlrabi. Serve the lamb and potatoes alongside the salad and enjoy.

CINNAMON ROLLS

Keep refrigerated. Enjoy as a snack.
