April 8th Reheating Instructions

BAKED SALMON

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Remove lid and pesto then place in oven for 10-13 minutes, until steaming hot.  Top the salmon with the arugula pesto and enjoy!

GINGER GARLIC BEEF BOWL

This dish is best reheated on the stovetop. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the beef, vegetables and rice to the pan and sauté for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Plate in the container or a bowl and enjoy!

POACHED CHICKEN WITH FRENCH VEGETABLE SALAD

Remove lid and top the salad with roasted hazelnuts and dressing. Toss to combine and enjoy.

VEGETABLE CRUDITÉS

Keep refrigerated. Enjoy vegetables with the coconut dip as a snack.
