Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions

Total reheating time: approximately 30 minutes

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Prepare the dishes:

  • Remove the lids from all containers and let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before reheating.

3. Start reheating:

  • Place the Smashed Potatoes in the oven first - they take the longest to reheat. Stir them after 10 minutes.

4. Add more dishes:

  • After stirring the potatoes, add the Stuffing to the oven.

  • Five minutes later, stir the potatoes again and add the Brussels Sprouts to the oven.

  • Another five minutes later, add the Turkey to the oven, for a total of 15 minutes.

5. Warm the focaccia:

  • In the final seven to five minutes of reheating, place the Focaccia in the oven to warm through.

6. Heat the gravy:

  • Transfer the Gravy to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it reaches a simmer.

7. Toss the salad:

  • Pour the salad dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

8. Serve and enjoy:

  • Once the turkey has been in the oven for 15 minutes, remove all dishes and get the cranberry sauce out too. Transfer them to serving dishes or serve directly from their containers.

Keep the pumpkin pie and whipped cream chilled in the refrigerator. Remove the cake approximately 1 hour before you’re ready to serve. Top with chilled whipped cream and enjoy.
