ROASTED CHICKEN THIGHS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and yogurt sauce, then place in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Top with yogurt sauce, or omit if you prefer a dairy free meal. Enjoy!

ROASTED TOFU AND NOODLES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and sesame scallion sauce, then place in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Top with sesame sauce and enjoy!

BRAISED BEEF and ROOT VEGETABLE STEW

Stovetop Reheating: Remove lid and the cup of herb salad. Add the stew to a small pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until steaming hot. Plate the stew in a bowl with the herb salad on the side and enjoy!

Oven Reheating: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and herb salad, then place in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Plate herb salad next to the stew and enjoy!
