YOGURT-MARINATED CHICKEN
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid and place in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy!

SEARED SALMON SUSHI BOWLS
Enjoy cold or warm.
If you prefer warm, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid and place in the oven for 10 minutes, until just warm being careful not to over cook the fish and enjoy.

THAI PORK LETTUCE CUPS
Remove the cups of rice and ground pork. Add to a small pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until steaming hot. Once warmed, assemble the lettuce cups as desired. For example: add a scoop of the pork, rice, vegetables and herbs to each lettuce leaf and enjoy.

LEMON POPPY SEED MUFFINS
Keep refrigerated and enjoy cold, or re-heat in the oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
