November 19th Reheating Instructions

Lamb Shank with Masal Squash, Cauliflower and Mustard Greens

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid from container of Lamb, Cauliflower and Mustard Greens.  Remove chutney container. Place container in oven for 15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Garnish with Coriander Chutney.

Seafood Hot Pot

Transfer contents of the main container and the dashi to a medium pot.  Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.  Allow to simmer for three minutes.  Spoon rolls, potatoes, veggies, and eggs into a bowl and pour over the remaining hot liquid.

*Bok choy was substituted for savoy cabbage due to market availability.

Chicken Mole Tacos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and tortillas, and place container of Chicken Mole and Pinto Beans in the oven for 15 minutes or until warm

Add the tortillas to the oven for the remaining 7-8 minutes to warm through.

 Transfer Tortillas to plate and top with hot Chicken, Sliced Cabbage, Radish and Pickled Vegetables. Enjoy Pinto Beans on the side.
