November 12th Reheating Instructions
Miso Glazed Salmon, Sprouted Brown Rice, Roasted Turnips and Brocolli
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Remove lid and sauce from container of Salmon, Rice and Vegetables. Place container in oven for 8-10 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy.

Coq au Vin with Mushrooms, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, and Fennel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid from container of Chicken, Potatoes, and Vegetables. Place container in oven for 15 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy!

Grass fed Beef Taco Salad
Enjoy cold, or if desired, scoop the beef into a pan and reheat over medium low for approximately 3 minutes, just to warm it through. Return the meat to the salad and enjoy.
