POACHED CHICKEN AND EGGPLANT SALAD
Best enjoyed cold.

LAMB SHAWRMA BOWLS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid, containers of harissa and yogurt. Place the container in oven for 10-13 minutes, until steaming hot. Use the sauces on the lamb and/or vegetables and enjoy!

BLACK BEAN AND BEEF CHILI
Oven reheating: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid, container of vegetable garnishes and place the container in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Top with the vegetables and enjoy with a piece of cornbread!
Stovetop reheating: Remove the container of vegetable garnish and pour the contents of the container into a medium pot over medium heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through and simmering. Return to the container or a bowl. Top with the vegetables and enjoy with a piece of cornbread!

WHITE BEAN FALAFEL
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid and tahini sauce. Place the container in oven for 10-12 minutes, until steaming hot. Dip in the sauce and enjoy the falafel as a snack or appetizer.
