RATATOUILLE BRAISED CHICKEN THIGHS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and container of basil. Place the container in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!

Please note the spinach originally on the menu was substituted for swiss chard due to a shortage at the market.

MISO ROASTED SALMON

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove the lid and the containers miso vinaigrette and scallions. Remove the carrots and cucumbers as well to keep the cool and crunchy, if desired. Place the container in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Return the carrots and cucumbers; Drizzle the vinaigrette over the shishito peppers and salmon; Sprinkle the scallions over everything and enjoy!

BEEF MEATBALLS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and container of marinated tomatoes. Place the container in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Top with tomatoes and enjoy!

BAKED PEACHES

Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

To enjoy warm, place a peach(es) on a small oven safe baking dish or the compostable container base. Place the dish in a 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes, until steaming hot.

Top each peach with a tablespoon of yogurt and a sprinkle a tablespoon over the top. Enjoy!
