ROAST SALMON
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove lid and place the container in oven for 13-15 minutes, until steaming hot. Enjoy!

PEACH AND QUINOA SALAD
Remove lid and open the container of pistachios and dressing to over the salad. Toss everything to combine and enjoy!

GREEK MEATBALLS
Stovetop reheating: Remove the potatoes and meatballs from the containers and add them to a small sauté pan over medium low heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes until warmed through.
Meanwhile toss the cucumber tomato salad with the red wine vinaigrette.
Once the meatballs are warmed through return to the plate and enjoy.

CHICKPEA AND NORI SALAD
Keep this chickpea salad refrigerated.
Enjoy when you need a snack or as a lunch like a chickpea “tuna” salad.
