BUTTERNUT SQUASH & CHICKEN TAGINE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and yogurt sauce and place in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Top with yogurt sauce, if desired and enjoy!

VEGETARIAN GREEN LENTIL CURRY

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and place in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Enjoy!

To keep this mean entirely dairy free, omit the yogurt sauce.

LEMON & PARSLEY SALMON

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove lid and parsley sauce. Place in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until steaming hot.  Top with parsley lemon sauce and enjoy!
