CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

Transfer container to a medium sauce pot and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.  Transfer to a bowl and top the lemon slice.

ROAST SCALLOPS WITH SUNCHOKES, ACORN SQUASH AND CHICORIES

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Remove lid from container of Scallops, Squash, and Sunchokes.  Place container in oven for 12-15 minutes, until steaming hot.  Toss the fresh chicory salad with the citrus vinaigrette.  Serve with the hot food.

ROASTED TOMATO & LAMB RAGU

Transfer container to a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.  Transfer to a bowl and top the chopped parsley.

SWEET POTATO BHAJI WITH TAMARIND YOGURT

Warm Bhaji in 350 oven for 8-10 minutes.  Top with Tamarind Yogurt, or use Tamarind Yogurt as a dip
