TURMERIC SPICED CHICKEN STEW

Add the chicken stew to a small pot over medium low heat for 4-6 minutes, until hot and simmering.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy!

SESAME MUSHROOM PORK LETTUCE WRAPS

Oven: Remove the lid and place the container of pork and mushrooms in the oven for 10-15 minutes until hot.

Stovetop: Add the pork and mushroom mixture to a medium pan over medium low heat for 4-6 minutes, until hot.

Scoop meat into lettuce cups. Top with the sesame cashews and enjoy!

Cucumber salad is best enjoyed cold.

SOUTHWEST SALMON CAKES

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Remove plastic lid from container along with the cabbage slaw.  Place the container of rice, beans and salmon cakes in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until steaming hot.

Remove from the oven and return the slaw to your bowl. Top with avocado crema and enjoy!

CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS & SEED CRACKERS

Store in the container refrigerator until ready to eat.
